Aptly set in the Lower East Side, Pies ‘n’ Thighs has a clean but rustic American feel, very nostalgic, and little bit diner-y. The food is as epic for breakfast and lunch as it is for dinner, but it shines during brunch. Hopefully it eases weekend waits in the notoriously brunch-friendly area, but chances are they’ll all just stay just as packed. Forever.
